Meet our Representative:
Mr. Hailong Wu
(Mag. iur., DD, LL.M.)
With the launch of a dedicated partner programme, Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg GmbH (EABW) is expanding its global activities to China. From the second half of 2026, the Export-Akademie will support its clients in China through its own representative office. The areas of focus include training, consultancy and technology transfer for universities, companies, public institutions and trade associations. We look forward to sharing our more than 40 years of expertise in the fields of green technology transfer, executive training and international business development with our Chinese partners.
We are delighted to have appointed Mr Hailong Wu (Mag. iur., DD, LL.M.) as Director for East Asia and General Representative for China. Thanks to his extensive experience in cross-border partnerships, regulatory issues and institutional relations, he will act as the key point of contact between the EABW team in Tübingen and our local partners in China.
Our China partnership programme covers the core areas of the Export Academy Baden-Württemberg:
Cooperation with Chinese universities, including a 1+1 Master’s programme offered jointly in China and Germany
The establishment of Technology Transfer and Business Development Centres (TTBDCs) that connect Chinese innovations with international markets
Certified IMLead® training programmes for managers and professionals in the fields of technology transfer and global business development
An invitation to Chinese universities, companies and institutions to join the UNASTT Alliance, the EABW’s global network for sustainable technology transfer.
We look forward to turning a new page and further developing our methodology in the field of SDG technology transfer, as well as management and leadership training, through our IMLead® Heptathlon concept, in collaboration with organisations and companies in China.
