To address the growing importance of artificial intelligence in management and leadership, the IMLead® Heptathlon model has been combined with the Human Centered AI (HCAI) approach. This integrated HCAI-IMLead® Heptathlon management model provides a holistic framework for the certified courses, connecting technological capability with responsible leadership and practical implementation.
