Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg
Degree programs built around a career, not instead of one.
EABW partners with accredited universities to offer job-integrated higher education — degrees earned alongside real work experience and a salary, not in place of them.
Every EABW higher education offering follows the same idea: study through a university partner, work through a partner company, and let the two run in parallel.
AVAILABLE NOW
Job-integrated Master’s degrees with bbw Hochschule Berlin. Earn a salary under a two-year contract while studying.
IN DEVELOPMENT
A job-integrated doctorate track with a second university partner, following the same fellowship model. Details to follow.
Coming Soon
A job-integrated fellowship for graduates who want a German Master’s degree without pausing their career — study at bbw Hochschule Berlin while employed by EABW under a two-year contract, working on projects with one of our partner companies.
EABW hires each fellow directly and manages the fellowship end-to-end, bbw Hochschule delivers the accredited Master’s degree, and a partner company hosts the two years of project work the fellowship is built around.
Your employer
Profile evaluation, candidate preparation, and a direct two-year employment contract — EABW hires each fellow itself.
The Master’s degree
State-accredited, FIBAA-certified Master’s programs in Berlin, taught in English, built for working professionals.
The project, from day one
Fellows are deployed to work on real projects with a partner company for the full two years, alongside their studies.
Four steps, run jointly by EABW and the partner company, before a fellow starts their first semester.
1
Profile evaluation
EABW reviews your academic background, work experience, and career goals against the fellowship’s entry criteria and the current partner company openings.
2
Get-to-know interview
A personal conversation with EABW to understand your motivation, working style, and which Master’s program and partner company fit you best.
3
Technical interview
A technical, role-specific interview with the partner company to assess your fit for the project you’ll be assigned to during the fellowship.
4
Confirmation & contract
Once the partner company confirms project fit, EABW drafts your two-year employment contract, and you begin your Master’s while working on the partner’s projects and earning a salary.
All five programs are state-accredited and FIBAA-certified. Click through to bbw Hochschule’s site for full curricula and admission requirements.
