What is a dual master’s study at Steinbeis University?
It combines project competence study with work in a company in the field of study. Students are working full-time on a project in a company. They transfer their knowledge from the block seminars right away in practice. Moreover, they develop their company project within their master courses. Steinbeis experts coach them. Best graduates might be taken over by the company.

During the Pre-Master and 6 months after, the student can be selected by one of the 50 partner companies and start a Master’s study FULLY PAID BY THE COMPANY:

What is the
selection process?
Step 1
Screening of the documents
- CV
- High school diploma
- Any certificate of proficiency in English (level B1)
- Bachelor's degree certificate and transcript in IT, Engineering or Mechatronics OR current transcript of records (GPA: no less than 2.7 in the German grading system, the information about the number of total credit points)

- Case study interview
Step 3
Payment
- 1,500 € for the Pre-Master. German language course is not included
- The student gets 1,500 Euro back from Steinbeis University in case he or she gets an offer from a German company and starts the dual master’s program.
